On October 20, 2025, in the Innovation Port meeting room, teams from Shaanxi Distributed Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shanxi Fen Energy), electrical expert teams from Xi'an Jiaotong University (referred to as XJTU), and Boyang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Boyang Energy) held an in-depth technical exchange meeting. Led by Ye Rui, Technical Deputy General Manager, and Wang Hui, Market Deputy General Manager of Shanxi Fen Energy, along with technical solution managers Cao Xiaofeng and Xu Pengfei, and marketing manager Wang Kai, the meeting featured Professor Lei Wanjun and Professor Wang Jianxue (as expert representatives) from XJTU, as well as Kang Bowei, General Manager of Boyang Energy, accompanied by Li Yan, Director of the Board Office, Shi Peichen, Dean of the R&D Center, and Lei Xiao, Manager of the Microgrid Design Department. The participants engaged in profound technical exchanges and strategic discussions on two key topics: microgrid electricity trading and distribution network power grid transformation.

During the meeting, the R&D center of Boyang Energy and the electrical experts from XJTU conducted comprehensive technical discussions on issues raised by Shanxi Fen Energy regarding steel plant harmonic治理, electricity trading, and energy management. The meeting included a brief exchange on the respective strengths of each party: Shanxi Fen Energy, as a technologically innovative distributed energy comprehensive company jointly funded by nine central and local state-owned enterprises, aggregates high-quality resources from these entities; XJTU, as a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and centrally administered by the central government, receives strong national support for its academic research; and Boyang Energy, as a professional new energy company, has conducted in-depth research on microgrid regulations, the setup of power input and output in parks, and related areas.

Through discussions, the meeting confirmed that the energy internet and energy internet of things will be major future directions, while microgrids, distribution network transformation, and heat-cooling协同 will serve as critical implementation methods in the short term. The three parties explicitly stated during the meeting that they would leverage XJTU's expert resources and Boyang Energy's strengths in power systems, combined with the high-quality resources of Shanxi Fen Energy, to jointly dedicate efforts to the construction of a new energy platform. Preliminary intentions were reached regarding strategic business cooperation and strategic technical collaboration among the three parties.
